  • Sleep with no alarms

  • Stay hydrated

  • Avoid ultra processed foods, added sugars and refined flours

  • Eat nuts and seeds

Wealth

  • Live below your means

  • Write your budget down

  • No credit cards or loans

  • Have 6 months of expenses in a savings account

  • Buy Health and Term Insurance

  • Invest: 40% of your income every month on Index funds via SIP

  • Donate 1% of your income every month

Relationships

  • Be fully present - Practice Mindfulness

  • Spend time with Mom, Dad, Spouse and Kids

  • Be willing to listen and understand their perspectives

  • Build trust - deeply care for each other

  • Expect nothing in return

  • Explore new activities together, surprise each other and create shared memories

  • Physically express your appreciation and affection - thumbs up, hold hands, hug
